Seyfarth Elevates Steven Richman to Chair of Institutional Investor Practice and Aaron Gillett to Vice Chair of M&A Practice


May 7, 2025 – Seyfarth Shaw LLP has named Steven Richman as the new chair of its Institutional Investor practice and Aaron Gillett as vice chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

Richman, who is based in Atlanta, succeeds Robert Bodansky, who has led the Institutional Investor practice and its steady growth since its launch more than 20 years ago.
