Elizabeth Dahill, partner in the Real Estate Finance group, earned recognition as a Rising Star by the New York Real Estate Journal (NYREJ) for 2025, which highlights professionals under 40 making a strong impact within their firms and across the New York commercial real estate industry.
One of the recent projects she is most proud of is her work with affordable and transitional housing projects in NYC. Dahill wrote:

What makes this work especially meaningful is its tangible impact. I enjoy all of the complex work that I do for firm clients, but helping clients execute a vision to bring affordable and transitional housing to our community, is incredibly rewarding. It’s exciting to walk by a project I played a part in.”
