August 22, 2025 – Seyfarth Shaw LLP served as legal advisor to Cequel III in its sale, along with Thompson Street Capital Partners, of their controlling interest in privately held DDC Solutions to Daikin Applied.
The team of Seyfarth lawyers was led by Luke Iovine III and Michael Szymanski with support from Alan Marcuis, Lukas Moffett, Jasmine Chen, Tess Rabin, Rotem Bar-Kokhva, and Sam Rowley.
